Returns / Exchanges / Refunds

To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

All items sold on our website include photos and measurements. We do our best to accurately describe and capture the items to prevent any surprises. Please note that colors can vary between computer monitors, and there is nothing we can do to prevent that. 

If there is an issue with an item or items in your order, send us email with your order number and details to If you are requesting a return or exchange, please let us know which item you would like to send back and the reason for the return or exchange.

All merchandise that is sent back for a refund or exchange should be mailed to the address that is indicated on the enclosed packing slip.


Returns are not accepted past the return window date. 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back for an exchange or refund.

Shipping and delivery times for items being sent back to us will vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Items must be new, unused, unworn, and returned in the original condition to receive a refund or exchange.

If the items are defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange if we have the item in stock. Please keep in mind that most of our our crystals, gemstones and jewelry items are one-of-a-kind pieces. We can offer store credit in lieu of an exchange if you decide to keep the item.


Only regular priced items may be refunded. Refunds are not available on sale items.

We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases

If you have returned an item for a refund, you will receive an email notification when we receive the item.   

If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount that you receive.

The time that the credit will take to appear on your statement varies by bank or credit card company, but you should see your refund within 10 business days
