This beautifully displayed Veracruz amethyst cluster will come to you already attached to a black acrylic stand. We received it that way from our vendor and chose to leave it as is, to avoid the possibility of damaging the piece by removing it. The weight and measurements were taken with the stand.
Veracruz amethyst comes to us from the mountainous area of Veracruz, Mexico. It is very difficult to mine and highly sought after by collectors. Although the largest producing mine was reported to have been closed, ambitious miners occasionally find new pockets of amethyst. We were very fortunate to have procured some of this newly mined material at the Tucson Gem Show.
Amethyst is associated with the third eye and crown chakra. It protects the wearer from psychic attacks and lower vibrations, while assisting in healing on a physical, spiritual, and emotional level.
