All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, returns or exchanges for any items.

Natural stones vary in appearance, color and patterns. They are rarely perfect, and it is common for them to have chips, cracks or other imperfections.     

The descriptions of our products include photos and measurements, and we do our best to accurately describe and represent items with enough details to prevent any surprises. Please note that colors can vary between computer monitors, and there is nothing we can do to prevent that. 

With that being said, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If there is an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery, to give us the opportunity to address it. If we do decide to make an exception to our policy, a restocking fee or return shipping fee may apply.
